The fashion label Apparis is the best thing out when it comes to wearing Faux Fur and making it high fashion. This colorful expression of vegan-fur coats and accessories are the result of making sustainable fashion attainable and stylish.

The colors and designs of Apparis’ coats are fun and inspiring, naming each one after a woman the founders admire, whether it be a coworker, mentor or fashion icon. Serving consumers at a price point that is affordable in this market (about $300 a coat), the ex-luxury industry French fashion-duo are inspiring women through their brand's eclectic style, based in New York City.

Amélie, and Lauren, who is featured on Forbes 30 under 30, are also remedying years of the luxury market’s neglect of the environmental footprint left behind. They are producing 100% PETA-approved animal-free product while using eco-friendly organic dies, all according to the Apparis’ mission. With room to improve, as with any fashion brand, they work in efforts to ethical produce quality products as their sustainable business model, producing products in limited quantities.

With plans to launch a 100% recycled collection next fall, using recycled material, including polyester in the lining of the coats, they intend to use plastic-free packaging for their accessories by 2021. They also have collaborated with DVF on a collection of coats for this season.

As the temperature drops and climate – changes – think about Apparis and their faux fur line as a fashionable choice in keeping warm this season, and look cool year round. They even offer a weekend rental program every Friday for those who want to make a statement at brunch. Investing in the Apparis brand this winter is helping drive the industry to adopt new models for production materials and manufacturing for the future fashionistas of the world.
