Moncler and Edward Enninful Transform Saks Fifth Avenue with EE72 Installation
By PAGE Editor
To mark the electrifying start of New York Fashion Week, Moncler and Edward Enninful have brought their imagined terrain to life with a breathtaking window installation at Saks Fifth Avenue. The immersive display celebrates the launch of EE72 by Edward Enninful, the former British Vogue editor-in-chief's first foray into fashion design.
Unfolding across seven windows, the activation is a dynamic spectacle. Live runway models interact with high-definition video panels that evoke dramatic, shifting landscapes. Three windows are swathed in golden dunes, three in snow-capped peaks, and a central window features a mesmerizing collision of sand and snow, capturing the collection's core narrative of journeying between extreme climates.
This collection aligns with the Moncler Genius ethos of partnering with the great creative minds of our time. Enninful has created a versatile and functional wardrobe designed for a futuristic adventurer. Each piece is adaptable and layerable, allowing for seamless transitions between environments. The collection extends beyond clothing to include essential accessories like hats and bags, ensuring the wearer is equipped for any terrain.
While guided by this heroic spirit, the collection is deeply personal to Enninful. It is exclusively rendered in his signature color, black, and its name, EE72, is a direct fusion of his initials and birth year.
The EE72 collection was first unveiled at Moncler’s City of Genius event in Shanghai last year through an equally immersive installation. The Saks Fifth Avenue windows capture that same innovative energy, bringing a piece of Moncler's global vision to the heart of New York City during its most vibrant creative convergence.
Moncler x EE72 by Edward Enninful is available now in select Moncler stores and on moncler.com.
