The foundation is a stack of cards that must be built in ascending order, starting with the Ace. There are many variations of Klondike solitaire, but the basic rules are always the same. To play, you will need a deck of 52 cards and something to keep track of your score, like a pencil and paper.
To set up the game, start by shuffling the deck of cards thoroughly. Then, deal out 28 cards into 7 columns on the tableau, face down. Make sure that each column has an equal number of cards.

Next, flip over the top card in each column so that they are all face up. This is your draw pile. Now you are ready to start playing! The goal of Klondike solitaire is to move all of the cards from the tableau to the foundation.

To do this, you must create 4 stacks of cards in ascending order, starting with an Ace at the bottom and ending with a King at the top. Cards can only be moved if they are facing up and if they are in sequence with any other face-up cards in their column.

Spider Solitaire

Spider Solitaire is one of the most popular solitaire games, and it’s easy to play spider solitaire online. It is played with two decks of cards, with the suits arranged in descending order:

• clubs (lowest)

• diamonds

• hearts

• spades (highest)

The game aims to remove all the cards from the tableau by creating sequences of cards in descending order, from King to Ace. The game can be played with one suit or with all four suits. When playing with four suits, there are three different difficulty levels:

• easy (with one suit)

• medium (with two suits)

• hard (with all four suits)

It’s best to start with the easiest ruleset so you can quickly learn the game. Once you get a hang of this game, you'll notice that the variations and rules of Vegas Solitaire could be tricky but fun. Spider Solitaire is a fun and challenging game that can be enjoyed by solitaire fans of all levels.

FreeCell Solitaire

The basic idea of FreeCell solitaire is to move all the cards from the tableau to the foundation. The game is won when all 52 cards are moved to the foundation.
There are four foundation piles, one for each suit, and they must be filled in order from Ace to King. So, if you have an Ace of Spades and a two of Hearts in the foundation piles, you can put a three of any suit on the Ace of Spades pile.
The game is played with a deck of 52 cards. The player can move one card at a time, or a group of cards as long as they are in sequence and of the same suit. For example, if you have a six of Hearts, a five of Hearts, and a four of Diamonds on the tableau, you can move all three cards to another Heart pile since they are in sequence and of the same suit.

However, you cannot move the six of Hearts and then try to move the five of Hearts because they are not together. The player can also use the free cells as temporary storage areas for cards.

For instance, if there is nowhere else to move a particular card, the player can put it in one of the free cells. This cell can then be used later to help move other cards around on the board.
