ESSĒN THE LABEL has partnered with mother-daughter team LINDEN COOK on a limited-edition capsule featuring both brand’s best sellers; The ESSĒN THE LABEL’s Foundation Flats & the LINDEN COOK gold link chain, available in fine or chunky.
The two Australia-based brands forged this partnership organically due to their shared ethos of creating beautiful, handmade products in the fashion landscape with a minimal waste outcome during the production of their collections.
They believe that fashion has a waste problem, and this is something that needs to be solved. ESSĒN THE LABEL and LINDEN COOK, both offer a made-to-order experience for their customers, striving to reduce waste at every point of the creation process.
The Foundation Flat has become a signature style from ESSĒN THE LABEL, an elegant, minimalist ballet flat crafted from luxurious, smooth & supple Italian leather, made by hand by local artisans in Italy.
The butter-like leather moulds to the natural curve of the foot offering a comfortable everyday essential piece of footwear within a woman’s wardrobe. The style is finished with a directional square toe giving a modern feel. During the global lockdown, the Foundation Flat became a cult classic amongst the press and influencers.
The minimalist ballet flat has become the go-to style to wear around the house and to slip on for an essential errand. Continuing on from this, ESSĒN THE LABEL and LINDEN COOK have joined forces to create a product to steadily transition their customers towards a lifestyle out of lockdown.
Currently available in 7colourwayss, as well as black shearling, the limited edition collection with LINDEN COOK features a sterling silver chain with a 2-micron hard gold plating, available in two options; a delicate chain measuring 51cm that can be worn as an anklet double looped or a necklace, or a chunky chain measuring 25.5cm, worn as a single anklet or bracelet.
Both of these chains will be threaded through the back loop featured on the Foundation Flat. These pieces are designed at a length that is both suitable for a wrap-around anklet or a necklace, making them endlessly versatile and maximising wear.
