Heron Preston is officially reclaiming his name—and his narrative. The designer has relaunched his eponymous label after regaining full and exclusive ownership of all trademarks bearing his name from New Guards Group Holding, marking a decisive return to complete creative and business independence. In doing so, Preston steps forward not as a revival act, but as a fully autonomous fashion designer in every sense, redefining his practice on his own terms.

At the center of this new chapter is Foundation: Blue Line Edit, a project that signals both a return to origins and a rebirth. Rather than presenting a traditional seasonal collection, Preston introduces a small-batch edit—an intentional, pared-back structure designed as the base from which everything else will grow. It is fashion reduced to its core: essentials that prioritize meaning, function, and longevity over spectacle.

Integral to the edit is the inverted Orange Label, a symbol long associated with Preston’s visual language, now recontextualized as an emblem of defiance. Turned upside down, the label embodies perseverance, freedom, and resilience—a quiet but powerful assertion of never giving up, even when systems shift and foundations are tested. It stands as a visual manifesto for this independent era.

In line with this philosophy, products will not arrive all at once. Instead, Foundation: Blue Line Edit will unfold through ongoing “blocks” of seven items each, released continuously over time. The cadence reflects a more deliberate, sustainable approach to design and distribution—one that values process, adaptability, and evolution over the pressures of the traditional fashion calendar.

With this relaunch, Heron Preston isn’t simply starting over. He’s building forward—block by block—on his own foundation.
