Urbane & Gallant and Baron Davis Launch H.O.T.G. Capsule, Where Intentional Design Meets the History of the Game

Luxury menswear label Urbane & Gallant has tapped two-time NBA All-Star, entrepreneur, and creative visionary Baron Davis for a new collaborative capsule titled H.O.T.G. (History of the Game)—a focused debut that blends elevated loungewear with cultural intention. The collection, now available for pre-order, introduces a refined fleece jogger and classic crew neck inspired by Davis’ personal philosophy and Urbane & Gallant’s commitment to premium, ethically sourced essentials.
Rooted in Davis’ long-standing interest in rose ceremonies—a symbolic practice centered on positive energy, mindfulness, and intention—the H.O.T.G. capsule translates those values into wearable form. “Partnering with Urbane & Gallant lets me bring the spirit of H.O.T.G. to life through intentional, elevated pieces that carry the energy, authenticity, and purpose that shaped my journey,” Davis shared of the collaboration.
The inaugural drop stays purposefully concise, spotlighting two foundational silhouettes executed at a luxury level. Offered in jet black and heather grey, the fleece jogger (approximately $150) and crew neck (approximately $125) are constructed from a substantial 15 oz. heavyweight fleece, delivering structure, warmth, and longevity that push the pieces beyond traditional casualwear. The result is loungewear designed not just for comfort, but for durability and everyday refinement.
Overseeing the capsule’s construction is Jeffrey Sebelia, Design Director at Urbane & Gallant and winner of Project Runway Season 3. His attention to fit, fabrication, and finish plays a key role in defining the capsule’s premium positioning. “Baron approached us after seeing the quality of our menswear collection,” Sebelia noted. “We fell in love with the energy, message, and vision Baron had. Our construction and fabrication quality, coupled with the positive impact of our fabric sourcing, elevates and fortifies H.O.T.G. in a way most other brands might not.”
That shared ethos is echoed by Andrew Park, CEO and Founder of Urbane & Gallant, who sees the collaboration as a natural extension of the brand’s mission. “From day one, Urbane & Gallant has been driven by a desire to dress and inspire the modern man,” Park said. “Partnering with Baron—someone whose creativity, purpose, and cultural impact extend far beyond basketball—allows us to bring that vision to life in a meaningful new way. The H.O.T.G. capsule reflects a shared commitment to intentional design, elevated materials, and storytelling that resonates.”
While the fleece jogger and crew neck mark the starting point, both parties are clear that H.O.T.G. is built for growth. Future drops are expected to expand into a broader wardrobe of elevated essentials, including premium tees, tailored lounge pants, luxury hoodies, and refined bomber jackets—positioning the collaboration as an evolving lifestyle offering rather than a one-off release.
